Description of TFP photoshoot

Model will receive 4 high resolution images of their choosing to edit as compensation for modeling. Any additional images models can purchase for $75 each. Model has permission to use images for their portfolio, website and social media only. Models are not authorized any reproductions of the images for commercial use, album art, or for photographic competition.

Credit Plus tagging for the Photographer and model is nessesary when posting or using on any social media platform Please see below how photos should be credited.

Facebook Credit: Nechama Leitner/ Nechama Photography Must be included in the discription

Instagram: Credit: @NechamaPhotography must be included in the discription.

On websites: Credit: www.nechamaphotography.com

Please share with Nechama how you would like to be credited as a model and credit will be posted in the description to each image.

Touch Ups

Images are edited at the photographer’s discretion. Models are not authorized to change the artistic image from the photographers style.  

Copyright & Usage

Clients will have the limited right to make and use copies of the digital images provided, for their own use in e-mail and on personal web pages.

Small Print - Legal Jargon

Model Release: The model hereby grants to Nechama Photography and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the model or in which the Client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction. The Model hereby releases Nechama Photography from any and all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

Indemnification: Model shall indemnify and hold harmless Photographer from any loss, damage or liability resulting from models violation of the terms of this Agreement or any agreement involving the model and the Photographer.

Contract

This Contract is valid with a response “yes”  to the stated question “Do you agree to the Terms of service” on www.nechamaphotography.com. This Contract incorporates the entire understanding between the models and Nechama Photography.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
